Carlos has been involved in the sales space for well over ten years. He began in the insurance space as an individual sales agent, managing teams as small as five agents to running an agency on his own. In his years as an agent, Carlos became a pilot user of software now known as Ringy CRM; this led to a friendship with Founder/CEO Bradley. With his experience in multiple sales roles and usage of the software as an agent/leader, he has helped remarket/rebrand the software and joined the company in 2018. When he isn't working, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his daughter, and watching football and basketball.
