Preset Texts tab Tutorial Video
If you go to the Marketing page in the navigation bar, and select SMS from the drop down, it will take you directly to the Preset texts tab.
You can automatically stop a lead from receiving future SMS drips as well as scheduled text messages when a lead responds to any one of your messages. Underneath "Initial Preset Texts," simply check the box that says "Cancel future SMS drips and scheduled text messages when a lead texts me?" Please note, text messages for appointment reminders when a lead books an appointment on your Ringy Appointment Booking Page, will still send.
Initial Preset Texts
These texts will send to new leads when they come into the system via a direct integration with a lead vendor. If you set multiple templates, we'll choose a different one each time a new lead comes in. When uploading a CSV file, in Step 3, you can choose to send an initial preset text. It will populate just one of the initial preset texts on your account to go out to all the leads in the file you are uploading. Please keep in mind, being that this would be the first text your lead will receive in Ringy, opt out notice will be automatically added to the end of the text to ensure compliance.
Initial Preset Text While Away
Going on vacation? Set your status as away to use this text message in place of the usual initial text message until you get back. Drip marketing will be disabled while you are set to away.
Presentation Follow Up Preset Text
Send your lead a presentation followup text after you quote your leads. Below your leads contact information is where you can set a quote for them in order to schedule this text.
Once you schedule this presentation follow up preset text, your Quote Follow Up drips will trigger so many days later.
Birthday Preset Text
Send your leads a text on their birthday! You can enroll a lead in birthday texts from the lead actions dropdown arrow.
Verification Reminder Preset Text
Send your lead a text reminding them of your verification call appointment after a sale. You can schedule a verification call from the lead actions dropdown arrow.
