Company Analytics Tutorial Video

The Company Analytics tab can be accessed by clicking its tab, which is the furthest right of the tabs on the Reports page. Only a company administrator has access to this tab. Companies can be managed on the My Company tab of the Account Settings page.

 

If you established company Power Dialer settings, you can view the Power Dialer Report at the top of the page. Select which Company Power Dialer Campaign or select all of your Company Power Dialer Campaigns to view reports on from the drop down menu. You will be able to customize the date range to view statistics on leads routed into each Power Dialer Campaign here per every agent associated with that Power Dialer Campaign.

 

If you have configured company lead sources, the Company Lead Source Report is where you can view statistics regarding this. Lead sources are the unique values passed in from your lead vendors "lead source" field. Having this field setup with your lead vendors enables you to run custom reports, send a different initial text message depending on the lead source, and helps attach lead status groups to leads. First, select who to view the report for. Second, select the status group you wish to view. Lastly, select the lead source associated with your selected status group. This report can be filtered by date range using the date controls towards the top-right.

 

If you have configured lead status groups for your company, the Company Lead Status Report is where you can view statistics regarding this. A lead status group consists of a set of statuses that are assigned to leads after adding a disposition tag. Unlike disposition tags, only one Lead Status can be assigned to a lead at a time. First, select who to view the report for. Second, select the status group you wish to view. Lastly, select the lead vendor associated with your selected status group. This report can be filtered by date range using the date controls towards the top-right.


The Account Access History report tracks logins for yourself and your company members. It displays a count of logins for the time frame selected in the top right corner. It will display a list of the logins per agent including the IP address used, the platform used, the date and time of the account being accessed, and whether the login was successful.
