My Company tab

My Company tab Tutorial Video

You can view company settings by going to the Account Settings page in the left hand menu, and selecting the My Company tab. If you established these settings, then this is where you can make any changes to them. Being a company administrator and establishing company settings allows your team to work better together. A company administrator can set up settings to have all agents use and provide better reporting. You can also create sales pipeline stages under the My Company tab in the Sales Pipeline page. This allows your agents to use the stages how you have filtered out for leads. Only leads in their account would appear in here. You can bulk invite users to your company when they already have a Ringy account under this tab. 

Users in your Company

Once an agent has joined your company settings, you will have the option to pay for your agents' subscriptions, create a login schedule for each, lock them entirely out of their Ringy account, and automatically record all of their calls and keep agent coaching turned on so you can whisper in on their phone calls. If you turn on agent coaching, you will be able to whisper in by going to the Dashboard located at the top of the navigation bar, and scroll down to the Agent Summary section. There is a JOIN button, which will populate in purple to select once the agent is on a call. You will need to change calls to be accepting in Ringy to the left of the Welcome button. You will be able to speak to the agent, but the lead will not hear you.

Company dispositions and automated actions

By creating company disposition tags and automated actions for your agents to all use will help streamline reports down the road for you to track more easily. Company administrators can only edit the tags and the actions each trigger. 

Lead status groups

A lead status group contains a set of lead status'. Company members can link their lead vendors to a particular lead status group. Each time a lead is dispositioned, a pop-up will ask the user to update the leads status. Leads can only be assigned one lead status at a time, and you can run reports on these status' in the Company Analytics page.

This is helpful if each agent has chosen to create their own disposition tags to streamline reporting.

Lead Vendor Permissions

Lead vendor API instructions:
Anyone in your company can add their own lead vendors using our default API instructions. Need more control? Create your own API instructions below in order to intercept leads from members of your company. Each agent can then select this option by going into their own lead vendors setup info, and choosing to link the vendor to these settings in the "Compant report settings" section. 

Company Lead Sources

Lead sources are the unique values passed in from your lead vendors "lead source" field. Having this field setup with your lead vendors enables you to run custom reports, send a different initial text message depending on the lead source, and helps attach lead status groups to leads.

Other permissions

Mobile app access
Control whether you want people in your company to access the Ringy mobile app for iOS and Android. This will only prevent new logins to the Ringy mobile app. Users currently logged in will still be able to access and use the app.

Personal disposition tags
Control whether you want people in your company to have the ability to create their own disposition tags. This will not delete any current disposition tags they may already have.

Click-to-call button customization

Change the default color of the click-to-call button. This will only affect the click-to-call button in the Power Dialer.
