Branded Calling Not Displaying

Once your branded calling has been approved as verified in the Phone Setup page in the left hand menu and under the Business Profile, you will need to enroll your phone numbers in Branded Calling if you have not already done so. To enroll your phone numbers in Branded Calling now, navigate to the Phone Setup page in the left hand menu, and under the Phone Numbers tab, go to the My Phone Numbers Section. First choose the "✔️ all" button in the left corner above your first phone number and towards the right hand side of the page select the "BULK UPDATE NUMBERS" options, and click "Enroll in Branded Calling."
If your Branded Calling or Caller ID isn't always displaying on leads' phones after enrolling your phone numbers in Branded Calling, register your Ringy phone numbers on these sites:

1. Register your phone numbers with FirstOrion so T-Mobile knows who you are. Registering is free and easy, and you can do so here: https://portal.firstorion.com/app/landing/#/signup.

2. Register your phone numbers with Hiya so that AT&T knows who you are, which is free of charge and makes it easy to register. You can register with Hiya here: https://hiyahelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

3. Verizon registration option, which is also free and easy to register with: https://www.voicespamfeedback.com/vsf/

Please note, if you swap out your Ringy phone numbers, you will need to update these sites. Once you register your phone numbers, please wait 1-3 days before verifying your phone numbers are showing the Branded Calling. We cannot guarantee your Branded Calling will always display as it's subject per mobile carrier. This will significantly help in addition to each registration further helping with not showing as scam likely when dialing out to leads.
