TRIGGER

The first section is where you initiate the Trigger i.e. the source of the leads you are using Zapier for to trigger leads from into your Ringy account. There are thousands of options to choose from including Facebook Lead Ads.

Once you connect your trigger, and your test is successful, you're ready to move on to the Action section.

ACTION

First, choose "Webhooks" when prompted.

For Data, please be sure to copy and paste from the integration instructions you were emailed. This section is case sensitive as well. Every lead vendor you create in Ringy has a unique SID and AuthToken. This is an example of what yours will look like after plugging in the SID and AuthToken:

Screenshot 2025-09-02 at 1.57.59 PMNext, add the lead field mapping to the Data section below the SID and AuthToken by choosing "+ Add value set." The API field values should be copied from the integration instructions you were emailed to ensure accuracy. Enter the API field value on the left as seen in the screenshot using phone number as an example. Click the '+' icon as indicated below to then find the correlated data from your test trigger.

After you're done with the Data section, click Continue.

Click Test Step.

Choose Publish!

You should now see the lead vendor your created in Ringy is verified, which indicates the integration is successful! Leads from the source you identified in Zapier as your "Trigger" will now automatically integrate into your Ringy account moving forward.
