Easily create a personalized vCard inside your account and share it with prospects in one click via any text message. Make it simple for them to save your info straight to their phone.
Navigate to the Account Settings page in the left hand menu, and under the General tab will find the VCard section to setup!
You are able to create a vCard with your contact information to send via text to your leads. When sent, leads will be able to open your contact card with ease with all of the information you have made available to them. This allows your leads to easily save your contact information on their devices.
The only required fields in this section to fill out is your first and last name. The rest of the fields you can fill out are optional.
Please note, the work phone that populates is the Ringy Caller ID assigned to the lead. In other words, the Ringy phone number you're texting the lead with.
You can refer to the preview on the right of the page for a visual of your VCard. In the top left corner, you can click the Appearance tab to further customize the design and color of your VCard.
You will find a checkbox when editing or creating text messages to send your VCard along with the message right below the text box:

When opened, not only will all the information you filled out in the VCard section appear for them, but also an option to be easily added as a contact on their device:
