Lead Information Missing

  • Are your leads coming directly from a lead vendor?
    • If so, go to the Lead Vendors page in the navigation bar, click the purple pen beside the lead vendor, and scroll down to the "Lead Field Mapping" section.
      • Is the data you're needing selected here? 
        • If not, please select it from the drop down menu if already available or create a custom field if not listed by typing in the name of the additional field needed, and clicking Enter on your keyboard. Once updated, scroll to the bottom of the page and choose "Update Lead Vendor." Now, in the Lead Vendors page, under the Status column, resend the integration instructions with the updated field mapping to the vendor for review. 
        • If the lead field mapping already includes this additional field needed, this means your lead vendor either does not have this data on the lead or they are just not sending this information along with the rest of the lead's information. Email them the setup instructions once more so they can review and reach out to them for further inquiry.

  • Are you uploading leads? 
    • When you upload a CSV File, you can add custom columns in Step 2 during the upload process. To create a custom field, rather than selecting anything from the drop down, type out the name of the column, and click Enter on your keyboard.
