Sold Follow Up Drips

You can set up "Sold Follow Up Drips" to automatically send text messages to clients so many days after they're marked as sold in Ringy.

You can set up Sold Follow Up Drips by navigating to the Marketing page in the left hand menu, choosing SMS from the drop down, click the Drip Marketing tab at the top of the page, and Sold Follow Up Drips in particular will be on the left hand side of the page to choose.

The key to triggering these text messages automatically to clients is ensuring you are "marking them as sold." There are a couple of different ways to mark leads sold.

1. You can create an automated action by navigating to the Account Settings page in the left hand menu, and choosing the Manage Account tab. Under the Manage Account tab, scroll down to the Automated Action Section, name the action whatever you would like, and check the box labeled "Mark Sold," and save the tag. You can also have the automated action send a text message if you would like. Once that is created, you can edit any applicable Sold disposition tag now by choosing the purple pencil beside it, and selecting the automated action created for it to trigger immediately once the lead is dispositioned. Moving forward, leads assigned that tag will have the action created trigger automatically to mark them as sold, and be eligible for Sold Follow Up Drips.

2. You can also mark a lead as sold by choosing the purple arrow to the left of the lead's information or bulk updating leads to mark sold: Bulk Updating Leads

Regardless of the tag assigned to the lead, the key is to specifically "mark sold" to ensure they're eligible for Sold Follow Up Drips. You can set up Sold Follow Up Drips up to send up to 365 days after the lead is marked sold.
