Alerts Not Being Forwarded To Phone

Please note: If you receive a negative response from your leads, the software is programmed to not send you SMS alerts from those leads. The negative keywords stop, wrong, stop call, remove me from your list, do not text, do not contact, quit contact, any profanity, off the list, take me off, and don't contact me again, etc. will not trigger alerts to your phone. Additionally, please check on your Account Settings under the “General” tab, and choose "Notifications" on the left of the page that the number is correct.

If this is not the source of your issue, follow these helpful steps to troubleshoot!

1. In the thread of notifications on your cell phone, respond with "resubscribe” as well as "START" and if that doesn't work change your default number in the Phone Setup page under the Phone Numbers tab by clicking the More button beside another number. You could always text your Ringy default number from your cell phone set for notifications "START." Please make sure to call customer support, (720) 764-5467 to let us know that you have completed this step, and we will resubscribe you on the back-end by successfully unblocking your notifications number. 

 2. If the issue persists, then your carrier is most likely blocking the notifications. Carriers have been updating their algorithms regularly. If you have our mobile app downloaded, you can also receive push notifications through the app as an alternative to receiving your notifications.
