SMS Preset Replies Tutorial Video
Select the Marketing page found in the navigation bar, click SMS from the dropdown, and choose the Preset Replies tab towards the top right of the page.
Preset replies are not automated replies, but they do allow you to respond back to your leads faster. This helps you avoid having to type out the same responses to your leads over and over.
Simply input the message in the textbox, and title it. The title will be what you choose when selecting a Preset Reply to respond back to leads.
When responding back to your leads, you can select the preset reply title to populate the associated text message for easy sending!
