Password Not Working

When you first sign up for a RINGY account, you will need to verify your email address before you are able to login to the software. A verification email will be sent to you will need to follow the instructions within the email and click on the verification link to successfully verify your account. 

If you’ve forgotten your password click “Forgot your password?” on the home screen, enter your email address that’s associated with your account and then click “Send Password Reset Link”. This will send you a password reset link to the email address you’ve entered and you will need to follow the instructions within the email and click on the password reset link to successfully reset your password.
