The My Analytics tab will be selected by default when you open the Reports page from the left-side menu.
If you added on the Ringy Power Dialer, you can view your Power Dialer Report at the top of the page. Select which Power Dialer Campaign or select all of your Power Dialer Campaigns to view reports on from the drop down menu. You will be able to customize the date range to view statistics on leads routed into each Power Dialer Campaign here.
The Leads by Vendor report shows how many leads you’ve received for each vendor vs how many you’ve sold. You can filter by date and who you’re viewing statistics for. There is a toggle to switch between showing graph, the default, and showing table. When viewing the report as a table, you can generate a CSV file of the report by clicking Download CSV.
The Disposition Tags report shows the amount of leads with each disposition tag assigned. This report features options such as filtering by who you’re viewing it for, the date range, viewing it as a table, and downloading it as a CSV file when viewing it as a table.
The Drip Marketing Analytics report features the same options as the two previous mentioned reports as well as specific statistics relevant to each drip message configured on your account. This report can only be viewed as a table.
The Find My Leads report shows the locations of your leads. The filters are the same as those on the leads page.
The Outbound Texts & Inbound Texts report shows the amount of inbound texts you’ve received versus the amount of outbound texts you’ve sent. This report counts total combined messages sent rather than individual SMS segments. This report features options such as filtering by who you’re viewing it for, the date range, viewing it as a table, and downloading it as a CSV file when viewing it as a table.
The Call Statistics report shows the amount of inbound calls you’ve received versus the amount of outbound calls you’ve made. This report uses a total of the amount of calls rather than counting the individual call minutes.
The Master Switch History report is only viewable as a table. It shows a history of when the master switch was toggled on your account.
The Sales Pipeline Stats report allows you to view statistics on dialing sessions made on the Sales Pipeline page, which is where you can access our progressive dialer. You choose specific stages or "folders" in the drop down menu, or choose all stages or "all folders" to view the report for. For each stage you dialed, determined by the date range specified, it will detail when you started dialing leads in the stage and the number of dials made on the stage.
The Rejected Leads report will identify why leads did not integrate from a lead vendor or process after uploading a CSV file. The report recognizes the lead's phone number or email address that did not process, the associated lead vendor, the reason the lead did not process, and the associated received on date when the vendor attempted to integrate or when you uploaded the CSV file.
