Email Marketing Tutorial Video
Go to the Marketing page located in the navigation bar, and choose Email from the dropdown menu. That is where you locate the initial preset email and can make any changes to it.
Please note, this initial preset email can only be triggered when leads are directly integrated from your lead vendor or when manually creating a lead. When uploading CSV files of leads, there is not an option to trigger an initial email, only an initial text.
The menu bar at the bottom of the email body allows you to customize the emails further. You will find 2 options to attach images and links to your emails as needed.
