You can schedule a verification call with leads by clicking the purple arrow beside the lead's information:
It will prompt you to specify the date and time of the verification call. You can also schedule a verification reminder text when scheduling the call to send so many minutes prior. The Verification Reminder Text template can be found in the Marketing page in the left hand menu, selecting SMS from the dropdown, under the Preset Texts tab.
