This article will explain how to pre-record voicemail drops so you do not have to manually leave voicemails when calling leads.
Listed below are the steps to create a voicemail drop:
1. Click on "Account Settings" in the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Click on the "Manage Account" tab.
3. Choose "Voicemail Drop" on the left of the page.
4. Click the purple "Record" button.
5. Record a voicemail lasting 3 seconds or longer.
6. Name your voicemail and then select "Save voicemail."
When you select the Voicemail drop option on the dialer, you can then choose which voicemail drop it is you want to leave for the lead. You do not have to wait for the beep. Once you choose Leave Voicemail after selecting the specific voicemail drop you intend to leave for the lead, the call will disconnect.
