      Download Leads

      You can download your leads by going to your Leads page in the navigation bar and clicking “Generate CSV.”

      First filter the leads you'd like to download and then click the "Generate CSV" button.

      This will populate checkboxes for you to choose what data pertaining to leads you would like download. Once you have selected the necessary checkboxes, click Generate CSV File.

      Finally, click Download File:

      Please contact support@ringy.com if you do need see this option appear on your Ringy account or are unclear about the error message populating when selecting the Generate CSV File button.
