Receiving Calls From Your Ringy Number

We have to display your Ringy number due to current solicitation regulations (CTIA) when forwarding calls to phone. If you turn on your call alerts under the Welcome button, you are able to see the leads number with the text sent.

You can edit the phone number calls are being forwarded to by going to the Account Settings page -> General tab, and editing this in the General Info section. We recommend only forwarding calls to a phone if you wish to send all calls to a company landline where multiple agents can pick up the call. This is because due to privacy laws, we cannot display the lead's data when it is forwarding to a particular phone number. Instead, all you will see ringing to the forwarding number is the Ringy number the call is forwarding from. In other words, the Ringy number your lead is calling is what you see displayed to the forwarding number. This is why forwarding to the mobile app is preferred if your forwarding number is your cell phone anyway. Additionally, when you have calls set to forwarding to a phone, and you miss the call, the lead will receive your forwarding number's voicemail box to leave you a voicemail there.
