From the Account Settings page in the navigation bar, select the Enterprise tab. If you have a company enterprise code, you can enter it here to link your account. When doing so, you authorize your account to be connected to the enterprise account. You are hence giving consent for the enterprise administrator to have limited access to my Ringy accounts data.
What does linking my account do?
- Instantly integrates you with your enterprise DNC lists.
- Ability to master block phone numbers by sending them to your enterprise.
- Ability to enroll your lead vendors in custom integration features.
- Ability to enroll yourself in disposition reporting for your enterprise.
- Allows your enterprise administrator to request your permission to access logs regarding a specific phone number.
*Not all features listed above are available for every enterprise. You are responsible for checking with your enterprise administrator to see which features they have setup with Ringy.
Please note that Ringy has no control over or access to your Enterprise DNC servers. You will need to reach out to your enterprise administrator with any questions or concerns. You will find their contact information listed in this tab if connected to a specific enterprise dashboard.
