Disposition Follow Up Drip Guide

Here is a guide on how to initiate a second drip campaign for your leads.

Disposition Follow-Up Drips are drip campaigns that will go out to leads based off of the date that a lead is assigned a certain disposition tag. You may begin creating this drip campaign by clicking on Marketing on Ringy's navigation bar, followed by the SMS option. On the SMS Marketing page, you'll want to click the Drip Marketing tab at the top of the page, and there you'll find a side panel to the left of your Follow-Up Drips. Click on Disposition Follow Up Drips in that side panel and you'll find the page where you can build your chain of Follow-Up Drips.

 

  • Enter your preferred drip message into the text box at the top of the page.
  • From the drop-down menu below the list of available Keywords, Select disposition tag, you'll want to choose the tag you'll be applying to leads to trigger your drip chain.
  • Select a Send At time to schedule what time of day your message will be delivered to your lead.
  • Select an option from the After this many days* menu to determine how many days the system will wait after applying your disposition tag before sending your message
  • Check the box to Cancel Future SMS Drips if a Lead Responds To This SMS Drip
  • Click Save Follow Up Text
You may build a disposition follow-up drip campaign with a maximum of up to 7 messages per disposition tag.

 

If you wish to create a new disposition tag for this purpose, you can do so by navigating to Account Settings on Ringy's navigation bar, followed by clicking Manage Account at the top of the page. You may create a new disposition tag at the top of the Manage Account page by simply entering a name for your disposition tag, and clicking Save. Once created, you'll be able to select your new disposition tag when building your Disposition Follow-Up Drips.
