Cancel Account

This article will walk you through how you can cancel your account.

To cancel or pause your RINGY subscription, navigate to the Billing page in the left hand menu. You will find the “Auto Renew” switch to toggle off in the My Subscription section. You will need to follow the prompts to finalize the cancellation on your account.

  • Per our terms of service, there will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or refunds made should you not use the Service during a period of time when your account is open. Terms of Service
  • Account balances are non-refundable upon cancellation. This is because when account balances are funded, you agree to our terms of service as well as that the charge is non-refundable.
  • Please note, unless deleted, phone numbers will continue to renew for 90 more days after the account expires. Each phone number will renew for $1 each every 30 days. This allows leads to still call and text you, but you will not be able to call or text them back when the account is expired. 
  • If you created a Standard Business Profile, your A2P Campaign will remain active while your subscription is expired as long as you have sufficient funds on your Ringy account balance. If your account balance no longer has sufficient funds to renew the A2P Campaign, then it will be disconnected. The Business Profile will remain as is, but if or when you decide to use Ringy again in the future, you would need to recreate the A2P Campaign if it disconnects due to insufficient funds.
