Call Recording

Please note, Ringy will not alert the other party the call is being recorded. It is subject per state whether it is required or not.

If you open the dialer by clicking on the purple circle with a phone icon in the top right hand corner of your account, you can toggle on "call recording" as well as turn it off during or before a call.

From the Account Settings page in the left hand menu, under the General Info section, you can toggle on the switch labeled "Keep call recording turned on" to then record all capable calls.

You can access your call recordings by navigating to the Dashboard and scrolling down to the "Call History" section. You'll find a play button beside the call, and can right click the play button to save the audio. You can also go to the Lead's page, filter for the specific lead, click on the lead's phone to go to the Lead View page, and choose the Call History tab for the specific lead to listen to the call recording.

You can also save multiple call recordings at once by downloading a CSV file of your call history. This way, you don't have to manually save each call recording on an individual basis. Navigate to your Dashboard and scroll down to the Call History section. Once there, you can filter the date range for calls you would like to download in the top right corner. Once filtered, select the "✔️all" button, then choose this button:
